Originally four Victorian villas, Autumn House has been extended and renovated to create a practical and relaxing space, providing the opportunity for residents to mingle, move around the home easily or retreat to their room for a little privacy, as they wish.

Autumn House has 42 bedrooms, most of which are en-suite, three roomy lounges and two dining rooms. Central heating is provided throughout and a lift connects the two floors, providing easier access for our residents.

Our shared areas are social spaces, where residents come together to listen to music, watch TV, chat or share a game or hobby. Each resident also has a private room, which provides a calm retreat.

We want our residents to feel at home at Autumn House, and encourage them to decorate their rooms with personal items. Our goal is to enable our residents to continue their lives, to maintain their independence and interests, while we provide the extra care they have come to need.

We work hard to ensure that our residents are safe and comfortable at all times, whether they are in their own room or one of the shared areas. While we make every effort to supply all needs on-site, from hairdressing to doctor’s visits, we also encourage our residents to continue their lives, welcoming guests and participating in local events.
